Last year, I met an amazing man. He was officiating the wedding of some dear friends, and I luckily got to spend some time with him. He shared his story of searching for the past: a hidden, surprising, and incredible beginning to his life, one that he only discovered when he was in his thirties.

SO, this is leading to…his book! Having performed a one-man play all over the country to share his journey, he’s now put it into a memoir. Check it out:

“‘Incognito‘ is the story of my journey to uncover and discover my self, my roots, my family, and the difficult history behind the tragic American complexity of ‘race.'”

Here’s to discovering the past, Michael. I cannot wait to read your book.
